About Humari Hafazat
Building healthier futures through education and support.
Humari Hafazat (formerly Hifazat) is a mobile application developed to provide adolescents and young adults in Pakistan with reliable information on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).
The app offers a safe, private environment where users can learn about topics that are often difficult to discuss — including puberty, consent, family planning, mental health, gender-based violence, and more.
Our Mission
To empower young people with knowledge, reduce stigma, and connect users to trusted resources so they can make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
Who Is It For?
- Adolescents (under 18) with age-appropriate content
- Young adults (18+) with expanded health resources
- Anyone seeking confidential SRHR information in English or Urdu
